The bedroom suites, in Chateau de la Guillonniere, are decorated and furnished to pamper our guests with the comforts of the 21st century. All of them have en-Suite full bathroom or shower-room, and each room is unique.

Le Chateau de la Guillonniere offers couples a restful get-a-way or a romantic interlude in peace and luxury. Couples with children are also welcomed. Room Les Moutons can accommodate 2 or 3 children in single beds.

Minimum 2 nights stay.

The Suite " Diane de Poitiers " with romantic canopied double bed and single bed in main bedroom and double bed in a second room, full bathroom en-Suite , Kitchenette. For 2 up to 5 persons . 3-sided view of the park, Diane's pool, forest and main courtyard. Even from your bathtub, you can see lawns and hundreds of years old trees

Bedroom Suite "George Sand " with one double bed and one single bed, full bathroom en-Suite . Kitchenette. For2 or 3 persons....Once the famous 19th century French writer's chamber....Views of park and forest.

Bedroom Suite "Les Moutons " with 3 single beds , full bathroom En-Suite. For 2 or 3 persons. decorated with famous 18th century "Toile de Jouy " . Views of park and forest.

Bedroom Suite "Les Bucoliques" with double bed and one single bed , full private shower room En-Suite . For 2-3 persons . Romantic balcony. Views of park and forest.

Lounges : When renting a bedroom suite in the castle , you can read , relax or listen to music in the superb 19th century lounge with satellite TV (CNN and many other international channels ) .....(shared with other guests).

Park : you can enjoy peace and beauty of this 25 acres park , full of wild, old fashioned and strange flowers most of the year, walk around the Diane's Pool or the Love Pond , discover the hundreds of year old trees, the superb Rose Garden, Diane's table...

We do not serve Breakfast nor meals. There is a Kitchenette in apartments and an electric kettle in bedrooms. If you prefer there are several cafés and restaurants with terrace in nearby villages , to have breakfast and meals.

Rental Terms and Conditions

Sorry, pets are not accepted . A 2 nights minimum stay is required .

In order to confirm the reservation the tenant has to pay a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total rental price. The reservation can be cancelled, but the non-refundable deposit is forfeited .These rentals are subject to French laws and regulations for Self catering Holiday Rentals : Statut de la Location Meublée saisonnière . In low season we may accept to reserve without payment of the deposit. In that case please re-confirm reservation the day before arrival .

Rental Rates include gas, electricity, water, central heating ,taxes . Do not include any food and house keeping. Linens are not supplied . Can be rented separately from local organization.

Self catering Holiday rentals without services.

Check-in : 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. (later arrival by special arrangement only)

Checkout :9 a.m.
