Rates include the central heating in low season, when in most other holiday rentals, there is a high extra charge for heating.

Making a reservation you are accepting the accommodations as described on this site and rental conditions detailed on each page. The owner reserves to himself the right to change the rates anytime and is only committed by the rates agreed at the time of reservation.
Tourist tax. At the reservation, please tell us the number of people over 13 years in the stay. We have an obligation and regret to be the Collector of a municipal tax : the "city tax" of 0.40 Euros per person per night, or 2.80 euros per person per week.
English friends and particularly "Londoners " ! It is only a 90-minute flight from London- Stansted to our French Castle !!! Very good inexpensive direct flights from London : see Ryanair. Easy Drive also from the Major Ferry harbors !
Friends from the States ! There is only a 90-minute TGV train journey from Paris to Poitiers Station. There are even a few direct trains from CDG Airport to Poitiers Station. Depending on schedules you may also fly to London and then from London to Poitiers Airport.
